How the MAD Diet Supports the Pharmaceutical Giants

The MAD (Modern American Diet) system of eating is undermining the very fabric of civilization. The mass distribution of junk food, alcohol, and pharmaceutical drugs is destroying the very moral structure of society.

This mass distribution is making it nearly impossible for those addictied to this junk to get away from it; to have a sense of right from wrong, and to have such qualities as virtue, honesty, loyalty, interest and support of the fine arts and sciences, pure unselfish love, charity and unbiased spirituality.

It seems that all quality is being sacrificed on the altar of quantity. It seems that far more people than ever before inhabit the planet with far less spirituality, grace and intellect. I too, am having to struggle with so many personal limitations from mysterious causes which I strongly suspect are not natural.

However, Spirit (God) exists in all beings equally and everyone has the potential for great spiritual expression, development and realization. The tragedy of the material world is the way the diets are going from bad to worse. I call this trend the MAD (modern American diet) system of eating which is contaminating all the cultures of the world with a way of existing on commercially produced and processed nutritionally depleted food grown on mineral deficient soils(1) and foods refined and processed into deadly concoctions such as white bread, cake, doughnuts, cookies, common beverages, and soft drinks.

Most of this junk food leaves a permanent residue of gunk lining the lower intestinal tract of every human being until it builds up and up throughout one’s lifetime leading to all manner of problems ranging from a pot belly and diverticulosis to intestinal cancer.

The soils everywhere have been depleted since the 1930’s and continue to be depleted of more and more minerals every day(2), while only three minerals are returned: nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in a process known as the NPK agriculture! Unfortunately these three minerals alone seem to be essential for plants to thrive and vast amounts of crops can grow with huge yields, yet humans and animals need 71 more macro and trace minerals not being supplied by most of the vast amounts of commercially grown food available.

The result of this vast mineral depletion throughout all the soils is widespread vitamin and antioxidant deficiencies because plants cannot create their own minerals nor provide all the vitamins, phytochemicals, and other antioxidants when they are mineral deficient. Plants also become more prone to insect and fungal infections without all the other minerals, certain types of wood ash and/or natural compost.

The end result of this universal mineral depletion is an absolutely dreadful epidemic of a wide range of physical and mental health disorders showing up throughout the entire population of the industrial world including diabetes (lack of chromium and vanadium), arteriosclerosis, heart disease, hypertension, aneurisms (lack of copper), strokes, cancer (lack of selenium), arthritis, osteoporosis, tooth decay, severe back pains, prostate problems, alcoholism, drug addictions, cigaret addiction, attention deficit disorder, criminality, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, Alzheimers, and chronic fatigue syndrome. Nearly all the debilitating symptoms of old age (senility) itself is a huge part of what happens when having lived on only mineral deficient diets along with side-effects of terrible medications to try to compensate for these deficiencies.

How often does one see an old person completely bent over and having shrunk many inches since their youth? The only way this tragedy is possible is through chronic full-spectrum mineral deficiency and/or side effects of too many pharmaceutical drugs, too much caffine, and foods high in phytic acids such as wheat bran, rhubarb, spinach and soy beans. Even though one’s calcium levels may always be completely normal (because the parathyroid works like crazy to maintain calcium homeostasis by stripping the bones when calcium and 80 other calcium cofactors are deficient in the diet), the person’s bones begin to shrink, the spinal cord collapses, and the teeth rot away simply because all one’s life, there was never enough of all the macro and trace minerals taken to avoid the calcium depletion so common on the MADiet.

So, instead of replenishing all the essential minerals so badly needed by an ailing and deteriorating society, big pharmaceutical companies come out with all kinds of patentable chemicals of every sort imaginable for whatever ails the patient and if that does not work, patients resort to their physician’s latest surgical skills. Millions of doctors are seduced every day into using all kinds of these symptom-covering medications on their patients instead of providing much more sensible means of curing the ailments in the first place with the right mineral supplementation, adequate antioxidant intake, and correct eating and drinking habits.

It turns out it is far more profitable for the doctors, surgeons, psychiatrists, police officers, dentists, and even the undertakers to simply go along with everyone’s preference to their life-long addictions to mineral depleted junk foods, alcoholic drinks, drugs, cigarettes and beverages rather than return to what nature intended for them to eat in the first place!

A healthy diet should consist mainly of organically grown raw nuts and seed, legumes, fish, foul, raw vegetable sauerkraut, pasture-grazed butter, tomato juice, vegetable juice, apples, tangerines, blueberries, blackberries, cod liver oil, turmeric, ginger, kelp, green tea, all 74 colloidal minerals, full-spectrum mineral supplements, all antioxidant and vitamin supplements including 2000-4000 IU vitamin D per day, adaptogenic herbs, etc. Because of the widespread pollution, stress and other ways we have really screwed up, we need to take many more vitamin supplements and herbs than one normally would in an ideal, pristine environment.

One of the healthiest known diets would most likely be similar to a pre-agriculture (hunt and gather) diet and there are NO fried foods, bread, cereals, coffee, sugar, cheese, red meat, or alcoholic beverages in this diet. However, there are different metabolic types in the human race depending on what background or heritage. Some may need more complex carbohydrates (from whole grains such as rice, millet, rye, wheat, etc.) and less protein and animal fats than other groups of people.

Try to buy only organically grown produce from mineral-rich soil rather than mass-produced commercial food grown on depleted land with chemical fertilizers, toxic pesticide sprays and weed killers. Here is a perfect example of where the consumer needs to be educated and to make the right decisions, because it is the consumer who ultimately determines what will or will not be available in the stores! It is the countless millions and millions of poor choices that feed the tobacco industries, liquor stores, fast food outlets, industrial agriculture, the pharmaceutical giants, GMO’s, and other such monsters.

If everyone was properly educated, they would bypass all the junk food, avoid all the commercially grown food, all the drugs, all the alcoholic beverages, the cigarettes, and all the other health disasters waiting to happen on the shelves, and go for the organic produce, fresh eggs, raw nuts and seed, macro and trace mineral supplements, vitamin and antioxidant supplements, and healthy herbs such as turmeric, ginger, ashwaganda, and kelp.

Not only are most of the soils depleted of vital minerals, there are many other major mistakes being made as well. First of all, the body needs cholesterol. Reducing one’s cholesterol intake by reducing or not eating eggs or other foods that contain cholesterol at all does not make sense! All that happens is the body makes new cholesterol from other substances to make up for the cholesterol not taken in. In addition, because so many vital sex and other hormones are made from cholesterol, any actual reduction in cholesterol intake (and even worse would be the use of cholesterol-lowering drugs) would result in increased depression, increased irritability, and reduced sex drive.

What is really needed to prevent heart disease and arteriosclerosis are antioxidants to prevent the cholesterol from oxidizing in the first place and to lower homocysteine levels with plenty of vitamin B6 which has no side effects except more pleasant dreams, better sleep, and better mood.

Another huge mistake is not feeding the cows that give us our dairy products fresh, green grasses which are essential for creating a high GLA and a factor X (vitamin K2) butter essential for both weight control and the prevention of tooth decay respectively.

Cutting out essential fatty acids and saturated fats from various natural sources is another huge mistake. Saturated fats and essential fatty acids including (raw, pasture-grazed) butter, nuts, seed, and cod liver oil, not only provide the main sources of energy for the brain and body, but also essential fat soluble vitamins and nutrients essential for all sorts of physiological needs including healthy teeth, gums, skin and strong bones that never break no matter how much stress they take.

Nature has created an amazing, nearly perfect machine for spirit to work and express through in the physical world, yet it has failed to foresee the incredible depth of stupidity and disconnection from the intentions of nature that industrialized society has fallen into including screwing up the environment, screwing up the food we eat, and all the hazardous drugs, fillings, root canals, and other drastic and dangerous surgical procedures invented to try to make up for all these mistakes.

Unfortunately, society cannot be any healthier than the individuals maintaining it. Also, the function of the mind in the physical body depends largely on how well the physical brain functions which in turn depends on the nourishment it recieves. So much mind-power and brain-power gets lost to under-nourishment and addiction that could otherwise be used to solve many of the huge problems occurring in the world today. And anyone out there who can offer real solutions to some real problems are often shunned, disbelieved, or misrepresented and misunderstood by others.

One cannot think inside the box of broadly accepted academia to solve most of the problems that confront the world. One needs to go outside the box of conventional scientific thought to really find solutions. For example, if one actually invents a way to communicate to spirits using some kind of telephone, how would mainstream academia, mainstream science, fundamentalist religion and the press react to such a breakthrough?

Another big thing that concerns me, it appears that the average attention span seems to be going down more and more every year, when everyone should be doing all that one can to increase it! Real spirituality, happiness, accomplishment, fulfillment and satisfaction in life is impossible without it! It used to be eleven seconds about ten years ago, now it is about eight. I was shocked and horrified when I found out that the average number of pages most visitors browse of my website before they leave it is only around one and a half pages! Even worse is the average time of two minutes and 14 seconds!

No one can ever find wholeness just from quickly flipping through one and half pages of my website for a little over two minutes! Real knowledge can never be gained just by flipping through a few pages. It must first be fully assimilated, studied for several weeks and finally put into careful practice and adapted to one’s individual needs and situation. Very few can expect to benefit from my information if they do what nearly everyone else does.

The quality of one’s life can never be greater than the quality of the food one eats and environment one lives in. We all need to be very careful with the choices we make. Every dollar one spends is like a vote for what kind of life we are all going to have. Whether one buys a hybrid vehicle or a gas guzzler, purchases electricity from windmills and solar panels rather than energy from filthy coal and oil, takes time out to enrich one’s soul rather than watch frivolous commercials and TV sit. coms, every decision one makes has a huge impact on the quality of life for all.

The depth of life is endless, and the soul is the most neglected aspect of modern day industrial society so disconnected from nature it has forgotten its own foundation which is the eternal self within. The real gold is found inside the soul where the ultimate truth of all creation lies.

The great forgetfulness of one’s true nature as eternal Spirit, bliss and infinite love is a terrible thing in itself and the ultimate darkness fallen into during times of old. It is why people treat each other so badly, why no one follows their Christ, Buddha, Krishna, Mohammad, etc., as the prophets originally intended. This darkness is why children bully other children, why everyone thinks their own religion is the only correct religion even though there are hundreds of other religions where everyone in all of those religions are also saying that their’s is the only truth.

In regards to wars between various sects or religions, even countries and nations, they do not realize that when they try to kill others, their own eyes stare back at them pleading for his or her life! The truth is we are all one Spirit and that one Spirit lives on in all living forms both great and small.
