HERE IS THE DAILY REGIMEN AS IT IS NOW IN 2025: -------------------------------- LATEST FOOD & SUPPLEMENT DIET REGIMEN ---------------------------------- IMPORTANT: We all yearn for a healthy gut, a temple of vibrant digestion. But sometimes, the path to wellness gets cluttered with misguided information. Let's cut through the confusion! First, consider this: having a heavy meal before bedtime can lead to digestive and immune system issues. Don't ever wake up with stomach acid in your throat! Terrible damge to your esophagus can occur before you know it! Instead, keep your meals simple by consuming any sources of protein or fat only once per day, and shift these meals to within the first hour after waking in the morning, midday, and late afternoon, allowing your body enough time to process the food before sleep while creating a short, intermittent fasting window. The types of fuel we choose are important - avoid empty calories from refined carbohydrates. Instead, embrace the benefits of healthy fats and filling fibers! Ground flax and chia seed, walnut, pecan, and almond butters (for breakfast), avocados and kimchi for lunch, and then two eggs, salmon or turkey, and cooked vegetables flavored with red onions, turmeric and black garlic, etc. for dinner. Don't forget the importance of probiotics and plenty of bulk from sources like oat bran, freshly ground flax and chia seeds, onions, apples, and a variety of other fruits and vegetables. This roughage in combination with plenty of fluids is crucial for keeping your digestive system clean and functioning well. A half of a papaya with spirulina is also an excellent way to complete some of your meals. Freshly blended, raw, organic vegetable juice is essential to have on hand. I always keep some in my fridge as a substitute for milk. To prepare my juice, I fill a 64-ounce container with leafy greens such as parsley, cilantro, lettuce, and dandelion. Next, I add a few asparagus shoots, two Brussels sprouts, and small pieces of broccoli. I also include a small amount of fresh ginger, along with plenty of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, an apple, and some citrus fruits. I fill the container about 60% full with distilled water and blend everything on high speed for one minute. After blending, I add half a cup of organic apple cider vinegar and mix at the lowest speed for ten seconds. This juice can also be added to a bowl of ground flax seeds, chia seeds, pecans, walnuts, almond butter, fresh berries, and other ingredients. I now recommend having three whole yet simple meals each day instead of snacking on small amounts, especially if they are processed or contain sugar. I would also never snack on peanuts, other nuts, or anything solid. Instead, focus on staying well-hydrated with purified mineral water (or distilled water, if that suits you), and consider adding electrolytes, herbs, or other supplements you need to take anyaway. You can also enjoy warm herbal teas, matcha, or cocoa powder beverages. As far as complete protein, forget the factory-farmed fare! We seek vibrant life, and that comes from food bursting with vitality such as organic, free range, pasture-raised eggs, oganic turkey and wild-caught salmon, the king of the seas! Sardines, mackerel, yellowtail - a symphony of fishes, each offering a unique melody of health. Icelandic cod liver, a powerhouse of essential oils. For land-dwellers, we have free-range chickens, the "smart chickens," raised with respect for their natural ways. Diestel turkey, another champion of the pasture. And Shelton's franks, a convenient option for those on the go, but remember, organic and pre-cooked for your ease. Eggs, a complete protein package, and always organic, free-ranged, and pasture-raised. Beans, the humble legumes - kidney and black, bursting with fiber. Tofu and tempeh, the versatile wonders of soy. Even hydrolized chicken collagen, pea protein and spirulina, the new guard of the protein world. A variety of sources is essential: don't rely too heavily on any one substance. Food is more than just sustenance; it's an explosion of flavor! Here's where the magic begins. Lakewood's veggie blend, a vibrant orchestra of garden goodness. V8, a punch of vitamins in a single sip. Sauerkraut and kimchi, the fermented friends that keep your gut happy. A dash of apple cider vinegar, the sharp maestro of taste. Black garlic powder, the mellow cousin of its raw counterpart. Stone-ground mustard, a fiery kick. Kelp strips, the salty kiss of the sea. And for an extra flourish, a symphony of superfoods! Ginger and turmeric, the golden warriors against inflammation. Ginkgo, the memory booster (but don't combine with fish oil). Rosemary or sage, the fragrant herbs of wisdom. And let's not forget the prebiotic powerhouses - dandelion and burdock root, the unsung heroes of gut health, followed by an abundant cornucopia of raw, organic fresh fruits, berries, spring greens, and countless other kinds, flavors, and colors of vegetables! This is not just a grocery list; it's a recipe for vibrant life! A fusion of flavor and function, designed to ignite your inner fire. Now, go forth and create your culinary masterpiece! ALKALINE MINERAL ELECTROLYTE WATER SOLUTION: Use home distilled or purified water. Drink some distilled (or purified) water as needed starting first thing every morning. Have with 1 teaspoon Keto Vitals Electrolyte Powder or Microingredients Electrolyte Powder and 1 teaspoon Buried Treasure Fulvic Minerals Pure 70+ Trace Minerals. The above two electrolyte powders are my preferred choice. The latter you can buy in bulk and is quite economical. MAGNESIUM MINERAL AND GINGER ROOT TEA: Use home distilled or purified water. Add 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger root Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Magnesium Citrate Powder, and 1 tablespoon Buried Treasure Fulvic Minerals Pure 70+ Trace Minerals. Also can add 4 teaspoons of Raw Cocoa Powder, one teaspoon Cascara Coffee Fruit Powder, and 2 teaspoons D-Ribose - a natural source of energy that can lower blood sugar. Warm it up to make a delicious tea or a very healthy hot cocoa beverage. One might also add one teaspoon L-Citrulline for added circulation health benefits. PROTEINS: Wild caught (not farmed!) salmon, sardines, mackerel, yellowtail, Icelandic cod liver, free range fresh organic "smart chicken" breasts or Diestel frozen ground turkey, or Shelton's pre-cooked frozen organic chicken and turkey franks, free range whole raw organic eggs, canned organic organic kidney and black beans, tofu (fresh, fermented and baked), tempeh, pea protein, spirulina. Fortify your fish and poultry with any combination of the following: Lakewood(R) Organic Veggie Blend or V8 Vegetable juice, beet and red cabbage sauerkraut, kimchi, avocado, dark olives, kidney beans, black beans, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, string beans, squash, radishes, carrot slices, grass-fed eggs, apple cider vinegar, black garlic powder, stone-ground mustard, finely ground YUHO Kelp Strips, 1 whole tblsp. turmeric, 1 teaspoon horsetail extract powder, 2 teaspoons astragalus root powder, 1 tsp. gingko, 1 tsp. rosemary or sage. I also fortify it with 3 teaspoons lion's mane mushroom, shitake mushrooms, and 1/4 cup ground burdock and dandelion root which are powerful prebiotics and natural medicines. GROUND RAW NUTS & SEED: Grind up into a nut butter 1 1/2 cups walnuts, 1 cup pecans, 1 cup flax seed, 1/4 cup chia seed, 1/4 cup bee pollen, 1/4 cup oat fiber and 1 cup dried goji berries. I recentely removed peanuts, pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower seed from this recipe because of their high Omega 6 to 3 ratio content. Nuts and seeds with some of the healthiest low omega 6 to 3 ratios include walnuts, pecans, macadamia, hazel nuts, chia seed, and freshly ground, raw flax seed. Almond nut better is also OK. After grinding keep this raw nut butter frozen in freezer for long-term storage, and in a cold refrigerator for immediate use to keep it fresh! Add the below RAW FRUIT/GREENS BLEND to it like one would add milk to cereal. HEALTHY FATS AND OILS: Avocados, olives, raw cocoa butter, raw coconut, 100% Menhaden Fish Wild Fish Oil (omega-3 wild caught fish oil), low omega 6 to 3 ratio nuts and seed such as walnuts, pecans, almonds, macadamia, hazel nuts, and freshly ground, raw flax and chia seed. FRUIT: Avocado, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, acai, acerola, pineapple, papaya, mango, apple, mangosteen, noni, dragon fruit, plums, peaches, lemon, goji berries, elderberries, bilberries, maqui berries, pomegranate seed and peel, rose hips, hawthorn berries, schisandra, barberry, etc. RAW FRUIT/GREENS BLEND - One quart spring greens such as green leaf lettuce, mizuna, tango, green leaf oak, green chard, arugula, red leaf lettuce, lolla rosa, radicchio, cilantro, red chard, and/or red oak, one chopped organic apple, 1-2 cups frozen blue, black and raspberries, mango, pineapple, 1/16-1/8 cup chopped raw ginger root. Add approx. one tablespoon each of some of the following adaptogenic herbs such as maca, fo ti, epimedium, bacopa, pine bark extract, gotu-kola, gingko, moringa superfood green powder, pygeum africanum, nettle leaf and/or root and blend thoroughly with 2-3 cups distilled water, 1/8th cup Bragg(R) organic apple cider vinegar or much less if pineapple was added.
