HERE IS THE DAILY REGIMEN AS IT IS NOW IN 2025: -------------------------------- LATEST FOOD & SUPPLEMENT DIET REGIMEN ---------------------------------- WARNING!!! THIS REGIMEN IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MANY TYPES OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, ESPECIALLY BLOOD THINNERS, BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINES, ANTIDEPRESSANTS, AND PAIN KILLERS. BEFORE STARTING ANY REGIMEN BE SURE TO CONSULT WITH YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER FIRST! IMPORTANT NOTES: Never cook any type of meat, eggs, mushrooms, beets, carrots, potatoes or rice and then store and reheat them! Cook them once and consume them immediately! Otherwise, serious inflammatory damage to blood vessels and capillaries could accumulate over time! Over the past two or more months, I have made significant changes to my diet. From now on, I will only consume blended foods to enhance digestion and nutrient absorption with outstanding benefit. It also completely prevents acid reflux which is extremely significant for me personally because of the esophageal damage it caused. I now rely on up to two or three liquid meals per day and continue to drink water instead of snacking between meals. I made the mistake of combining too many cholinergic stimulating supplements at night, such as Neuro Optimizer, Galantamine, Choline & Inositol, Alpha GPC, Body Bio PC, and Brain Support. I therefore first removed these supplements and a few weeks later added only a selected number of them back. I also reduced my intake of B-complex vitamins and paused many related B-complex metabolizers and vasodilators. Because of my long history of unpleasant metabolic and food sensitivity reactions strongly associated with meals centered around fruits, nuts, seed, and grains rather than animal proteins and vegetables, I removed all nut butter, seed and fruit-based meals or only had them in combination with complete proteins and vegetables. After decades of experience, I have learned the hard way that it's essential to use supplements selectively, wisely, and sparingly, especially if you are already on an advanced diet while taking many herbs and superfoods.
