Blog 2015 - Let's Help Create a Better Future! Seek Wholeness First!
The main mistake of humankind is trying to find happiness outside one's self in external situations and material things instead of within the heart or spirit through correct eating, herbs, divine love, chastity and hours of daily concentration on Spirit in meditation. The result of the general human population ignoring its own true nature as infinite, eternal inner love, joy and fulfillment results in a long history of catastrophic problems such as wars, pollution, poverty, crime, murders, natural disasters, financial disasters, famine, and terrible diseases. Strong negative emotions such as greed, lust, envy, hate, grief, aversion and fear cause confusion, darkness and misery. It is of paramount importance to balance emotions and seek only the deepest levels of wholeness possible to create a far more beautiful future. May 2015 - How to Escape the Conundrum of Crazy, Insane Physical Life - Back to Blog Index Page I discovered a very, very long time ago that it is possible to experience a profound inner joy, love and reassurance so great it eclipses anything that the material world could possibly offer. This is because the external, materialistic life is so utterly flawed, crazy, sad and pointless that Spirit in comparison is awesomely attractive, seductive, and extremely pleasant in every way. It therefore surprises me that I find or hear about only a few people who are actually dedicating their lives to the scientific research of God and meditation on Spirit. Knowing the way the world is, there appear to be many threats to civilization and the individual coming at one from all directions. As one gets older, for example, even if one was lucky enough not to have already succumbed to some terrible disease, accident, war, disaster, famine, suicide, or homicide; one's looks, beauty, stamina and strength will all ultimately deteriorate and fall way forever anyway, not to mention that death is inevitable. Even in the face of these sobering, stark realities, why are so many people still accepting things as they are on the surface without seriously searching for something deeper, more meaningful, more significant such as the great truths of yoga, mysticism, superfood diets, and spiritualism? Why is not everyone delving as deeply as possible into the hidden mysteries of life and life after death to find real answers instead of blindly accepting old dogmas, religiously biased views, and materialism? The research of life after death, for example should be an open-minded scientific quest, not a closed-minded, devil-phobic religion! Another great thing to overcome is the habit of expecting happiness from a source or person separate from or outside from one's self. It may be difficult at first to overcome such a habit because there is some temporary, often intense and therefore addicting satisfaction from external pleasures, however individuals indulging in these pleasures will always be bouncing around forever like those paranormal "will-o-the-wisp" or "foolish fire" balls until they realize that the real source of happiness is from one's innermost core of being and never actually comes from the surface of living or from outside conditions. Never forget that the apex of one's life, creation or whole universe (or YOU-niverse) is the centermost core of one's being, never some outside reality, force, power, person, or situation. However, the senses and the "chatterbox" ego mind distract us constantly with all manner of bombardments, temptations, annoyances, addictions, concerns and confusions. This way of life is unsustainable and is the reason why society is so materialistic while causing overpopulation along with all manner of greed-driven, global ecological problems, disasters, and catastrophes. Life need not be nearly as complex and challenging as it is, if everyone simply would remember and attempt to fully realize the total beauty and magnificence of the higher levels of being within rather than desperately trying to satisfy addictions, cravings for material possessions, and lusting after relationships while trying to physically control or dictate circumstances outside one's self. Tragically, the widespread tendencies of overindulgence in high carbohydrate "junk" food, conventional sex, idle amusements, trivial entertainments, and egotism all create massive obstacles between one's present physical experience and one's true Self within. A great deal of pain, suffering, diseases, premature aging, and all manner of confusion could be avoided simply by remembering that wholeness, God or Spirit is the real gold of life, and the real purpose of living. God is the most relishable! Instead, the intellectual mind befuddles the sincere searching soul with all kinds of confusion, "isms" and "schisms" while creating only a nebulous or extremely incorrect or incomplete image of what Spirit really is. Spirit is NOT what you think. Spirit is an utterly complete, independent reality just beyond the physical horizon and never some abstract or theoretical notion or formless void. Spirit is all the heavenly realms or strata of consciousness beyond the absurd limitations of materialism and imperfections of the physical world. Unfortunately, even most religious people cling on to terrible misconceptions of what Spirit is, and have no idea that the realms of Spirit contain utterly natural worlds complete with mountains, forests, flowers, animals, communities, rivers, lakes and oceans. Spirit is not an airy, fairy world without solid objects, touch, taste, aromas, sounds or beautiful sights. Spirit contains everything one could ever possibly want, feel or desire, and then infinitely more! Another very serious common misconception regarding Spirit, is that one must die to finally enjoy all the freedoms, experiences, and knowledge that Spirit contains or provides. Great astral travelers such as Lobsang Rampa, Robert Monroe, William Buhlman and Jurgen Ziewe have proven otherwise. One can even enjoy Spirit without having to leave the body as in deep meditation or samadhi. Until the utter joys and freedoms of Spirit are fully realized, one is only living a partial or incomplete existence. To achieve this, one needs only to avoid all sensory distractions and go deep within. It would be best achieved by seeking solitude, or living out in nature in a solitary situation, while blocking off all physical sensations, physical discomforts, sounds, sights, and lights of the physical world. All material thoughts and feelings also need to be avoided while focusing fully on one single thought, idea, mantra, or most meaningful image. In order to succeed in this endeavor, it is absolutely vital to conserve sexual fluids or energy, while living only on a super-food adaptogenic herbal diet.
