The main mistake of humankind is trying to find happiness outside one's self in external situations and material things instead of within the heart or spirit through correct eating, herbs, divine love, chastity and hours of daily concentration on Spirit in meditation.

The result of the general human population ignoring its own true nature as infinite, eternal inner love, joy and fulfillment results in a long history of catastrophic problems such as wars, pollution, poverty, crimes, murders, natural disasters, financial disasters, famine, and terrible diseases.

Strong negative emotions such as greed, lust, envy, hate, grief, aversion and fear cause confusion, darkness and misery. It is of paramount importance to balance emotions and seek only the deepest levels of wholeness possible to create a far more beautiful future.

Welcome to my first "Science of Wholeness" podcast, titled, "WHY HUMANITY NEEDS WHOLENESS" which aired Saturday, February 17, 2024.

There is indeed a need to act in wholeness rather than acting from fragmented thinking. Much of our suffering and struggles for survival come from acting out of short-sighted and selfish tendencies instead of following a Science of Wholeness lifestyle. Why must everyone align as closely as possible with the principles of wholeness?

Because let's face it: life is far from perfect and in dire need of improvement! To begin with there is so much in life that can seem terrifying. We are clinging to the surface of a 7,917.5-mile diameter spinning sphere floating in a space without any boundaries except the speed of light. Our world orbits through space at the speed of 67,100 miles per hour while the Sun, in turn, moves around our galaxy at around 143 miles per second. Furthermore, whatever life might be lurking outside our solar system could be so advanced that we probably would not recognize it even if it stared us in the face . . . and God forbid it have sinister intentions!

And I have barely scratched the surface . . .

The human lifespan is limited, and even though countless diseases have been overcome, many more degenerative diseases remain problematic and concerning. We live in a world of fear, with vast numbers still not knowing where their next meal may come from.

We must confront the reality of our human condition with unwavering honesty and courage. Our world, though filled with wonders and advancements, is also fraught with numerous challenges and adversities that afflict the lives of millions. From the moment we are born, we are thrust into a world where pain, limitations, dangers, diseases, and countless other difficulties lurk around every corner.

The average person, in their daily journey through life, encounters a multitude of obstacles that test their resilience and fortitude. For many, economic hardships loom large, as they struggle to make ends meet and provide for themselves and their families. Inequality, injustice, and systemic barriers often exacerbate these challenges, leaving countless individuals marginalized and disenfranchised.

But it is not merely financial burdens that weigh heavy on the human spirit. Physical ailments and mental health issues plague our societies, casting a dark shadow over the lives of those affected and their loved ones. From chronic illnesses to debilitating disabilities, the toll of disease and infirmity is a stark reminder of our vulnerability as mortal beings. Moreover, the silent epidemic of mental illness silently ravages minds and souls, leaving untold suffering in its wake.

Yet, even beyond the realm of health and economics, our world is fraught with peril and uncertainty. Environmental degradation threatens the very future of our planet, as climate change wreaks havoc on ecosystems and communities worldwide. Political strife, conflict, and unrest sow seeds of discord and division, tearing at the fabric of our societies and undermining the prospects for peace and stability.

In the face of such daunting challenges, it is easy to succumb to despair and resignation. But let us remember that it is precisely in times of adversity that the indomitable spirit of humanity shines brightest. Throughout history, ordinary individuals have risen to extraordinary heights, demonstrating courage, compassion, and resilience in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds.

Today, as we stand on the precipice of a new era, let us reaffirm our commitment to building a better world for all. Let us strive to alleviate the suffering of those in need, to break down the barriers that divide us, and to foster a more just, equitable, and compassionate society. Let us harness the power of innovation and collaboration to confront the existential threats that loom on our horizon and forge a path toward a brighter future for generations to come.

Let us heed the call to action that echoes through the annals of history, and let us embark on this journey with courage, conviction, and unwavering determination. It is only by facing the challenges of our time head-on that we can truly fulfill the promise of our shared humanity and create a world where all may thrive.

It is time for us to pause and reconsider our relationship with the natural world and with each other. Our current trajectory, marked by exploitation, degradation, and disregard for the delicate balance of ecosystems, has led us to the brink of ecological and social collapse. Yet, amidst the turmoil and uncertainty, there exists a path forwardÑone rooted in the principles of wholeness, harmony, and respect for the interconnected web of life.

For too long, humanity has viewed itself as separate from nature, as masters of the earth rather than stewards of its bounty. This mindset has fueled a relentless pursuit of progress at any cost, leading to the depletion of resources, the pollution of air and water, and the destabilization of the climate. But as we stand on the cusp of a new era, we must acknowledge the folly of our ways and embrace a more holistic approach to our existence.

Finding wholeness begins with recognizing the inherent interconnectedness of all living beings and the intricate web of relationships that sustains life on this planet. Just as every thread is essential to the integrity of a tapestry, so too is every species vital to the health and vitality of our ecosystems. By honoring this interconnectedness and working in harmony with nature rather than against it, we can begin to heal the wounds that we have inflicted upon the earth.

Central to this vision of wholeness is the concept of sustainability--a commitment to meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. This requires a fundamental shift in our values and priorities, placing the well-being of people and the planet above short-term gains and profits. But achieving true sustainability requires more than just technological innovation or policy change--it requires a profound shift in consciousness, a reawakening to the sacredness of all life and the interconnectedness of all things. It means recognizing that we are not separate from nature, but rather integral parts of a larger whole and that our well-being is inexorably linked to the health and vitality of the ecosystems that sustain us.

Welcome to my second "Science of Wholeness" podcast, titled, "WHY FRAGMENTED THINKING IS DANGEROUS!" which aired Monday, February 19, 2024.

In our fast-paced, information-saturated world, it is all too easy for our minds to become fragmented, scattered, and overwhelmed by a barrage of random thoughts. This fragmented thinking not only hampers our ability to focus and concentrate but also impedes our capacity to think critically and make sound decisions. Today, I urge you to consider the detrimental effects of fragmented thinking and the transformative power of meditation and holistic living in restoring clarity, focus, and wholeness to our minds.

Fragmented thinking, characterized by a constant stream of disjointed thoughts and distractions, undermines our cognitive processes and diminishes our capacity for deep reflection and insight. It leaves us feeling mentally drained, emotionally depleted, and spiritually disconnected from ourselves and the world around us. Moreover, fragmented thinking fosters a sense of disunity within ourselves, leading to inner conflict and dissatisfaction.

Meditation, with its emphasis on mindfulness and present-moment awareness, offers a potent antidote to fragmented thinking. By cultivating a regular meditation practice, we can learn to quiet the incessant chatter of the mind and cultivate a sense of inner peace and stillness. Through mindfulness meditation, we train our minds to observe thoughts without becoming entangled in them, allowing us to experience greater clarity, focus, and mental resilience.

Furthermore, embracing a holistic lifestyle that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit is essential for achieving higher consciousness and overcoming fragmented thinking. A diet rich in natural, whole foods not only supports physical health but also promotes mental clarity and emotional well-being. Intermittent water fasting, a practice embraced by many spiritual traditions, allows the body to detoxify and rejuvenate, fostering a sense of vitality and mental clarity.

Equally important is abstaining from sugar, processed food, drugs, and alcohol, which cloud the mind and disrupt the delicate balance of our neurochemistry. By avoiding these substances and adopting a clean, health-oriented diet and sober lifestyle, we create the optimal conditions for higher consciousness to flourish.

Sugar and processed foods are often laden with additives, preservatives, and artificial ingredients that can have detrimental effects on both physical and mental health. Excessive sugar consumption has been linked to inflammation, insulin resistance, and a host of chronic diseases, including obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Moreover, refined carbohydrates found in processed foods can lead to fluctuations in blood sugar levels, contributing to mood swings, fatigue, and cognitive impairment. By avoiding sugar and processed foods and opting for whole, nutrient-dense foods instead, we provide our bodies and minds with the essential nutrients needed for optimal function and clarity.

Drugs and alcohol have profound effects on brain chemistry and neurotransmitter function, often disrupting the delicate balance of our neurochemistry. Chronic drug and alcohol abuse can lead to structural changes in the brain, impairing cognitive function, memory, and emotional regulation. Moreover, substance abuse can exacerbate mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and psychosis. By abstaining from drugs and alcohol, we allow our brains to heal and rebalance, restoring clarity, focus, and emotional stability.

Adopting a clean, health-oriented diet rich in whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole nuts, seeds, and healthy fats, provides our bodies and minds with the essential nutrients needed for optimal function and vitality. Nutrient-dense foods support brain health, cognitive function, and mood stability, while also bolstering the immune system and reducing inflammation. Additionally, a diet high in antioxidants and phytonutrients found in fruits and vegetables can protect against oxidative stress and neurodegenerative diseases, promoting long-term brain health and cognitive longevity.

Embracing a sober lifestyle entails refraining from the use of alcohol and recreational drugs, opting instead for activities and experiences that nurture our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Engaging in regular exercise, meditation, mindfulness practices, and meaningful social connections can provide a natural high and foster a sense of fulfillment and purpose. Furthermore, a sober lifestyle promotes self-awareness, emotional resilience, and authentic self-expression, allowing us to cultivate deeper connections with ourselves and others.

Abstaining from sugar, processed food, drugs, and alcohol, and adopting a clean, health-oriented diet and sober lifestyle are essential steps in creating the optimal conditions for higher consciousness to flourish. By nourishing our bodies and minds with wholesome foods, engaging in healthy lifestyle practices, and cultivating inner clarity and emotional balance, we can unlock our full potential and embrace a life of vitality, clarity, and purpose. In this way, a clear mind free of too much-fragmented thinking becomes more easy and natural to achieve.

The consequences of fragmented thinking are not limited to the individual level; they extend to the highest echelons of power and influence, where decisions made in a state of mental fragmentation can have far-reaching and catastrophic effects. Climate change, ecological destruction, pollution, poverty, mental illness, drug abuse, homelessness, political strife, and wars--all are symptoms of a fragmented collective consciousness, driven by greed, ego, and shortsightedness.

Those in positions of power and influence must awaken to the interconnectedness of all life and the urgent need for holistic, sustainable solutions to the myriad challenges facing humanity and the planet. Only by transcending the limitations of fragmented thinking and embracing a state of wholeness and unity can we hope to navigate the complex issues of our time with wisdom, compassion, and foresight.

Fragmented thinking among policymakers and leaders can lead to a lack of cooperation and consensus-building within the government. When individuals prioritize narrow interests or party affiliations over the common good, it becomes challenging to address complex issues effectively. This can result in gridlock, polarization, and an inability to enact meaningful legislation to address pressing challenges such as climate change, economic inequality, and public health crises.

In addition to the above, the influence of religious dogma in politics can also pose a threat to the integrity of governmental systems. When policymakers prioritize the interests of a particular religious group or ideology over secular governance principles, it can lead to discrimination, erosion of civil liberties, and the marginalization of minority groups. Furthermore, the imposition of religious beliefs on public policy decisions can hinder progress in areas such as reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and science-based education.

The rise of nationalism and autocracy represents a significant danger to the future of our political systems. Nationalism, characterized by an emphasis on exclusive loyalty to one's nation and a distrust of international cooperation, can fuel xenophobia, isolationism, and aggressive foreign policies. Meanwhile, autocratic leaders who centralize power, suppress dissent and undermine democratic institutions pose a threat to the rule of law, civil liberties, and the principles of accountability and transparency.

Fragmented thinking, lack of cooperation, religious dogma, nationalism, and autocracy endanger all three branches of government:

In the Executive Branch: In an environment of fragmented thinking and nationalism, executive leaders may prioritize their own power and political agendas over the interests of the nation as a whole. Autocratic tendencies within the executive branch can undermine the checks and balances designed to prevent abuses of power.

In the Legislative Branch: Fragmented thinking and lack of cooperation among legislators can result in legislative gridlock and an inability to pass meaningful legislation. The influence of religious dogma may lead to the enactment of discriminatory laws that infringe upon individual rights and freedoms.

In the Judicial Branch: Nationalism and autocracy can threaten the independence and impartiality of the judiciary, undermining its ability to uphold the rule of law and protect constitutional rights. Religious dogma may influence judicial decisions, leading to rulings that prioritize religious beliefs over legal principles.

In conclusion, It is essential to recognize the dangers posed by fragmented thinking, lack of cooperation, religious dogma, nationalism, and autocracy in our governmental systems. To safeguard the future of democracy and ensure the well-being of all citizens, we must work to promote unity, cooperation, secular governance, and respect for all democratic principles and institutions.

And yes we still need to keep God in mind, but not as a religion, but as a great healing and unifying power behind all religious sects. We need to recognize our true nature as spirits having a human experience and as ambassadors from higher realms of consciousness rather than remaining stuck in egoic, materialistic, twisted, and fragmented ways of thinking.

And, last but not least, let us heed the call to unite our minds, hearts, and spirits in a shared journey toward wholeness and well-being. Let us embrace the transformative power of meditation and holistic living to overcome fragmented thinking and usher in a new era of harmony, balance, and conscious evolution.

Esteemed listeners of this show, today's topic is Nurturing Biodiversity: Sustaining Life on Earth. Before it's too late, I need to underscore the critical importance of biodiversity--the rich tapestry of life that sustains ecosystems, enriches our spirits, and enhances our quality of life. Biodiversity encompasses the variety of living organisms, from microscopic bacteria to towering trees, and plays a vital role in shaping the health and vitality of our planet and its inhabitants.

Why is biodiversity so important?

Biodiversity is the cornerstone of healthy ecosystems, providing a myriad of essential services that sustain life on Earth. From regulating climate patterns and purifying air and water to pollinating crops and controlling pests, biodiversity underpins the functioning of our planet's ecosystems and supports human well-being in countless ways.

Our spiritual connection requires biodiversity!

Biodiversity is not only essential for our physical survival but also deeply intertwined with our spiritual and emotional well-being. The diversity of life forms inspires awe and wonder, fostering a sense of reverence and connection to the natural world. Many spiritual traditions recognize the sacredness of biodiversity, viewing all living beings as interconnected and deserving of respect and reverence.

Our Quality of Life depends on biodiversity!

Biodiversity enriches our quality of life in profound ways, providing us with food, medicine, shelter, and countless other resources essential for our survival and prosperity. The variety of plants and animals that inhabit our planet contribute to cultural diversity, providing inspiration for art, music, literature, and cuisine. Moreover, biodiverse ecosystems offer opportunities for recreation, relaxation, and spiritual renewal, enhancing our physical and mental well-being.

Because of all their spiritual, healing, and life-enhancing properties we need a biodiversity of herbs!

Herbs (and some species of fungi and pollens) have been used for millennia by indigenous cultures and traditional healers to treat a wide range of ailments and promote holistic well-being. The biodiversity of plant life provides an abundance of medicinal and adaptogenic herbs, each with its unique healing properties and therapeutic benefits. From soothing chamomile tea to potent anti-inflammatory turmeric, herbs offer natural remedies for common health issues and support overall vitality and resilience.

I personally depend on Mother Nature's rich diversity of healing herbs not only to aleviate my own anxiety, fatigue and depression, but also to enhance my meditations, sexual transmutation, spiritual awareness, length and qulatiy of sleep, and astral travel dreams! I am able to feel much stronger, and even my old age, enjoy much better mind power and self-confidence than I ever enjoyed in my entire life. Thanks to Mother Nature's marvelous bounty of plant diversity, I often get to enjoy tremendous bliss and wholeness like no drug or could ever create! I can choose to benefit immensely on all levels of health and well-being, some of the healthiest plant-based foods that ever existed!

Sadly, and what makes me so very angry, is that Climate Change along with the insane political environment that agressively denies it, is threatening our biodiversity and therefore our spiritual conneciton! And who is mainly responsible for climate change? Those in power and influence hell-bent on continuing to promote their dangerous policies based on highly irresponsible, selfish, and erroneious assumptions caused by FRAGMENTED THINKING!

Despite the immense value of biodiversity, our planet's ecosystems are under threat from human activities--mainly activities realated to factory farms, deforestation, and fossil fuel extraction and burning. Rising temperatures, shifting precipitation patterns, and extreme weather events are disrupting ecosystems and threatening the survival of countless species. From coral bleaching in the oceans to habitat loss in tropical rainforests, the impacts of climate change are already being felt across the globe, jeopardizing the delicate balance of life on Earth.

1. Negative Impacts of Climate Change on Biodiversity:

Climate change poses a myriad of threats to biodiversity, with far-reaching and often irreversible consequences for ecosystems and species around the world. Some of the key impacts include:

Habitat Loss and Fragmentation: Rising temperatures, altered precipitation patterns, and more frequent extreme weather events are leading to habitat loss and fragmentation, disrupting ecosystems and threatening the survival of countless species. From melting polar ice caps to shrinking rainforests, the loss of habitat is pushing many species to the brink of extinction.

Species Extinction: Climate change is driving shifts in species distributions and altering the timing of biological events such as migration, breeding, and flowering. These changes can disrupt ecological relationships and lead to mismatches between species, increasing the risk of extinction for vulnerable populations.

Coral Bleaching: Rising ocean temperatures are causing widespread coral bleaching events, where corals expel the algae that provide them with food and color. Coral reefs, which support some of the most diverse ecosystems on the planet, are experiencing mass die-offs as a result, threatening the survival of countless marine species.

Ocean Acidification: The absorption of excess carbon dioxide by the world's oceans is leading to ocean acidification, which can harm marine organisms such as shellfish, corals, and plankton. These organisms form the foundation of marine food webs, and their decline can have cascading effects on entire ecosystems.

Disruption of Ecosystem Services: Biodiverse ecosystems provide essential services such as pollination, water purification, and carbon sequestration, which are vital for human well-being. Climate change is disrupting these services, leading to declines in agricultural productivity, increased water scarcity, and heightened vulnerability to natural disasters.

2. Strategies for Mitigating Climate Change and Preserving Biodiversity:

Addressing climate change and preserving biodiversity require coordinated and concerted efforts at local, national, and global levels. Some key strategies include:

Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions: The primary driver of climate change is the emission of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide. Transitioning to renewable energy sources, improving energy efficiency, and implementing carbon pricing mechanisms are essential steps in reducing emissions and mitigating climate change.

International agreements such as the Paris Agreement and the Convention on Biological Diversity provide frameworks for addressing these issues and fostering collaboration on a global scale.

Avoid Unhealthy Food!

It should be obvious that nature only intended humans to eat 100% whole, unprocessed food. But our usual Western way of life has gone in the opposite direction. Most commercially available food contains inflammatory, unhealthy, and toxic substances such as far too much sugar, carbs, GMOs, deadly vegetable oils, casein, and gluten, resulting in the eventual development of all manner of chronic degenerative diseases such as depression, anxiety, fatigue, diabetes, arthritis, heart failure, and cancer. Avoid multiple diseases of all kinds and years of incredible suffering! Stop consuming junk food, snacks, carbs, and sugars. Instead eat less often but of much more nutritionally complete, organic, high fat and high fiber meals.

One may think that after eliminating all manner of unhealthy milk products and high carbohydrate foods such as most of the desserts, dairy, whole grain, and potato products out there, there would be none or far too few foods left to choose from. This assumption is far from true. One can choose from countless varieties of super-foods, herbs, fruits, and vegetables. Some contain complete protein and are fully nourishing for the body. Especially if you include organic, pasture-raised eggs, algae, and edible fungi along with the vast variety of organic fruits, herbs, and vegetables now being grown throughout the world.

Learn which vegetables can directly replace all toxic high-gluten whole grains and enjoy the amazing health benefits of living on a fully satisfying, ketogenic, whole foods diet. It includes a wide variety of tantalizing and delicious superfoods. Now, let's turn our attention to a time-honored tradition: oil-pulling with coconut oil. This ancient practice not only freshens your breath but also fights off the notorious streptococcus mutans and other harmful infections lurking in your mouth. As you swish and swirl the liquid gold around your oral cavity, coconut oil's antimicrobial properties go to work, banishing bacteria and protecting your teeth from decay.

Last but certainly not least, let's shine a spotlight on xylitol, the sweet solution for healthy gums and teeth. This natural sugar substitute not only satisfies your sweet tooth but also disrupts the growth of cavity-causing bacteria. Shifting over to another vital aspect of dental health, here's an outline of foods that are particularly bad for teeth and gums, along with strategies to avoid them, followed by a list of foods that support dental health:

Sugary Snacks: Indulging in candies, cookies, cakes, and other sugary treats can be a thrilling experience for the taste buds, but it's a nightmare for your teeth. Sugars fuel the growth of harmful bacteria in your mouth, leading to enamel erosion, decay, and cavities.

High-Sugar Foods: Beware of foods with added sugars, like sugary cereals, flavored yogurt, and sweetened beverages. These hidden sugars sneak into your diet and wreak havoc on your dental health, promoting bacterial growth and acid production.

Cooked and Processed Carbohydrates: Chips, crackers, white bread, and pasta may seem innocent enough, but they can cling to your teeth like stubborn adversaries. This provides a feast for oral bacteria, leading to plaque formation, decay, and gum disease.

How to Avoid Them:

Mindful Consumption: Be vigilant about reading food labels and opt for products with no added sugars, preservatives and other ingredients that only belong in a chemistry set. Avoid all intake of sugary snacks and processed carbohydrates. There are plenty of other totally satisfying health foods such as bee pollen, xylitol, cocoa, and rich, creamy nut butters that can render daily indulgences completley unnecessary. You can swap out sugary junk for crunchy fruits and vegetables, like apples, carrots, and celery. These fiber-rich foods stimulate saliva production and help scrub away plaque, promoting better oral health.

As such, it's wise to limit consumption or opt for varieties with lower sugar content to safeguard your dental health.

Going still further into the subject of preventive dentistry, did you know that a humble glass-polymer resin can transform eroded teeth into fortresses of strength and resilience?

Imagine, if you will, a tooth battered and worn from the relentless onslaught of acidic foods and beverages over eons of time. I don't exactly mean eons of time, but you know what I mean. Enamel, once mighty and impenetrable, is now weakened and vulnerable to further erosion. But fear not, for salvation lies within the grasp of alternative dentistry!

Enter the glass-polymer resin, a miraculous substance capable of shrouding eroded teeth in a protective shield of armor. With the precision of a skilled artisan, this resin is delicately applied to the surface of the tooth, sealing cracks and fissures with unparalleled expertise.

But wait, there's more! This remarkable resin not only shields teeth from further erosion but also restores their luster and brilliance. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, eroded teeth are reborn, radiating with newfound strength and vitality.

I speak from personal experience, dear listeners, for I too have ventured into the realm of dental restoration entirely on my own with this wondrous resin. In my quest to preserve the integrity of my teeth, I turned to this innovative solution and emerged victorious in my battle against erosion.

But heed my words, brave listeners, for while this resin is a formidable ally in the fight against erosion, it is not a panacea for all dental woes. Tooth decay, lurking deep within the recesses of the tooth, requires the skilled hands of a dentist to vanquish.

Healthy but eroded teeth can be protected from further erosion by coating them with a glass-polymer resin such as a commercially available tooth-filling kit. I used this product with great success in stopping some serious tooth erosion, but I don't recommend it for tooth decay and of course won't replace all the benefits of a healthy diet, healthy oral microbiome, and proper oral care.

Actual tooth decay deep into the tooth pulp and beyond would have to be removed and treated first by a dentist. However, with all the above continuous oral health care I just mentioned, minor cavities within the external tooth enamel can be reversed.

Now let's move on to yet another subject, the idea of flossing. Some may argue against the virtues of flossing, citing the potential for pain, damage, and bleeding of the gums. And indeed, flossing requires a delicate touch and a steady hand. I don't recommend flossing already healthy teeth and gums because it pushes stale food back down deep into the area between the teeth and the gums leading to serious infection while causing considerable pain, damage, and bleeding of the gums. It is also quite tricky and difficult to achieve anyway!

Yet, despite all the above, most dentists still believe flossing is a crucial step in our quest for oral wellness. When done correctly, they claim flossing can prevent the insidious buildup of plaque and debris between teeth. However, my experience with flossing over 40 years ago has been nothing but awkward, bloody, inefficient, time-consuming, and painful. Because of my excellent life-long diet, I have never felt the need to floss since then. The very idea of separating my healthy gums from the enamel with a thin, sharp, gum-cutting string seems an utterly unnatural, rather crazy, needless, and uncomfortable thing to do. Maybe if one's gums have already receeded, might it then probably make sense? I don't know.

And now one more consideration is the vital role many supplements and herbs can play in the preservation of teeth, gums and oral health in general. It's important to note that while these vitamins, supplements, herbs, minerals, and antioxidants may support gum health and prevent tooth decay, they are generaly considered not meant to replace proper oral hygiene practices or professional dental care. Furthermore, always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.

Here's a comprehensive list of vitamins, supplements, herbs, minerals, and antioxidants that are known to preserve gum health and prevent tooth decay:

Vitamins:

Vitamin C: Promotes gum health by supporting collagen production and reducing inflammation.

Welcome to my fifth "Science of Wholeness" podcast, titled, "DAILY ELECTROLYTE WATER FASTING" which aired Saturday, February 24, 2024.

Esteemed listeners and fellow seekers of wholeness, I am speaking with you today to unravel the remarkable tapestry of health and longevity benefits that daily intermittent water fasting can bestow upon us. The health and longevity benefits of daily intermittent water fasting are quite real and quite numerous. Prepare to embark on a journey of discovery, as we delve into the intricate mechanisms through which this ancient practice in combination with all other aspects of the wholeness lifestyle can transform our bodies, minds, and spirits, but first I need to describe this wholeness lifestyle because it needs explaining here, and it's extremely important.

The wholeness lifestyle involves a delicate balance of various daily activities that work together including single daily whole-food, non-sugar, low carb, high fat, and fiber meals, meditation, daily moderate exercise, transmutation of basic sexual energy into joy and bliss, and course, water fasting. I've always considered daily water-fasting one of the most essential aspects of this regimen because it profoundly enhances the success and enjoyment of all the other aspects of the wholeness lifestyle.

By daily water fasting, I mean instead of eating breakfast and lunch, you eat all you want around dinnertime. I felt immensely improved in my health and well-being as soon as I started living this way, otherwise, I would not even be talking about it with such enthusiasm and excitement. Because of its immediate benefits, I have been drinking loads of water often in place of snacking and drinking beverages for over four decades. But the best and easiest pattern I find most sustainable, comfortable, enjoyable, and beneficial is to drink loads of electrolyte (formerly ionized) water instead of snacking until I get near the end of the day.

Sometimes I've gone even as long as an extra day or two, but longer periods of fasting can be unsustainable, and I don't exactly want to say this is what everyone should also consider trying, because, even if deeply resting or meditating throughout the whole fast, it can force one to go out of balance. Keeping it to just daily rather than for multiple days is the optimal length of time that creates the happiest and most fulfilling level of balance and is the easiest way to follow.

Even though I immediately feel the energy, invigoration, and blissful effect in every cell of my body during these daily fasts, there are also significant long-term benefits of consistent daily water fasting that increase and accumulate for weeks and even months after first starting this method!

As an important note here, It's vital to use purified or preferably home-distilled, heated water. I love to drink the first two or three glasses alone, but always later on combine it with a teaspoon of sugarless or "keto" electrolyte supplement per four cups of warmed-up distilled water. This powder contains the minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and chloride and greatly extends the benefits, safety, and pleasures of water fasting throughout the entire day.

The delicious electrolyte powder I use is by Keto Vitals and is available on Amazon or nearly anywhere that sells health-related products. However, please avoid the cheap varieties of electrolyte products often found in drug stores containing sugars, artificial sweeteners, colors, etc. Any amount of sugar added to your electrolytes would be extremely counterproductive because it could disturb blood sugar balance and stimulate food cravings during the worst possible time.

I would like now to provide some background information regarding intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting, the practice of cycling between periods of eating and fasting, has captivated the attention of researchers and health enthusiasts alike in recent years. And for good reason, for the evidence supporting its myriad benefits continues to mount with each passing study.

Let us begin our exploration with the profound impact that intermittent fasting can have on our physical health. When we abstain from food for extended periods, our bodies undergo a series of remarkable changes at the cellular level. During the fasting period, our cells enter a state of metabolic switch, shifting from glucose metabolism to fat metabolism. This metabolic flexibility not only promotes weight loss and fat burning but also triggers a cascade of cellular repair processes known as autophagy.

Picture, if you will, the clarity of thought and heightened focus that accompanies a fasted state. And what of the spirit, you may ask? That's a great question, dear friends because intermittent fasting has much to offer in this realm as well. As we cultivate the discipline and mindfulness required to navigate the fasting journey, we find ourselves drawn ever closer to the profound depths of our inner being. Indeed, many practitioners report a deepening of spiritual connection and a heightened sense of presence during fasting periods. Whether through meditation, prayer, or contemplation, intermittent fasting can serve as a potent catalyst for spiritual growth and self-discovery.

But let us not forget the practical benefits of intermittent fasting as well, for as we embrace this practice, we find ourselves liberated from the shackles of constant meal preparation and consumption. With fewer meals to plan and fewer distractions to contend with, we reclaim precious time and energy to devote to pursuits that truly nourish our souls.

There are multiple overall benefits of drinking loads of electrolyte water every day on our elimination, kidneys, bladder health, sex life, dental health, blood pressure, colon health, bowel movements, and emotional well-being. Therefore, let's dive into the multitude of benefits that drinking ample electrolyte water every day can bestow upon our bodies, minds, and spirits.

Electrolyte water provides a crucial foundation for maintaining robust elimination, kidney, and bladder health. By ensuring proper hydration, it supports optimal kidney function, facilitating the efficient elimination of waste products from the body. Rather than wasting it the usual way on a frivolous and very temporary mood of self-gratification, the immense sexual energy can and should be conserved and transmuted into an amazing and everlasting bliss while helping every cell of the body to absorb a universal life-force energy from Mother Nature and the cosmos that many yogis like to call prana which helps to make fasting for any length of time more enjoyable.

As a personal subject not easy to talk about, we will now embark into a realm where few may dare to tread, into the privacy of one's sensual desires, behind closed doors where most of the time none are allowed to go.

Those serious about finding wholeness cannot ignore the overwhelming reality of sex and sexual desires. Sexual desires create a huge imbalance in one's psyche that needs to be either released or fully transmuted into bliss. Unless a couple is trying to create a child, the precious sexual fluid is simply lost and therefore wasted.

Yes, I indeed mean precious because every ounce of it is indispensable for keeping the body, mind, and spirit young, vibrant, beautiful, inspired, and enlightened. Retained sexual fluid is extremely valuable, beneficial in every way, and can be used to rejuvenate the cells, and revitalize one's mind, spirit, and body.

Everyone would want to retain sexual fluid if they only knew all the immense benefits it brings to the life force of all one's subtle energy bodies allowing meditation and one's spiritual essence to blossom! Unfortunately, even after only a few days of trying to retain these vital fluids, nature has planted an inherently strong force within us to feel an overwhelming need to release it. The human species must perpetuate itself, hence such strong urges.

However, over time, and especially under the ideal conditions met by the wholeness lifestyle, these forces can be mastered and redirected into something quite marvelous, yet hard to describe if one has not experienced such pleasant effects before, one of them a feeling of great well-being, greater excitement, and some of the most amazing feelings of hormonal stimulation one can ever imagine.

But none of these wonderous effects can be consistently enjoyed if the body is in poor health, out of shape, and out of balance in any way because to find it easy and pleasurable to retain sexual fluid, to transmute it properly, there needs to be present within the body, much vital life-force energy, and for the body to attract and hold this energy, it must be in a very pure state. I use the part of the Deer Exercise that involves the contraction of the floor muscles. In my free online eBook, The Science of Wholeness Part II, Lesson # 6, Sex and Spirituality, Self-Control Sex, first written in 1994, I clearly state the following:

It is vital to first fully master and understand how prana flows through the body's energy centers through deep concentration (meditation), regular use of adaptogenic herbs, correct eating, and water fasting. Then, if we put aside our sexual preconceptions and indulge regularly in the enjoyment of the following techniques, the potential pleasures partaken of can be great, at the very least, psychologically healing and drastically alter one's attitude about life.

By practicing control of the same muscles that can stop the flow of urine in midstream, one can learn to stop nocturnal emissions (wet dreams) and loss of vital fluids during an intimate encounter with the opposite sex. Naturally, a strong build-up of sexual pressure would result, unless redirected, rechanneled, and expanded into bliss, vitality, love, and devotion for God and to God in one's partner using the vital information given in the preceding and following lessons. This great truth is one of the most significant and liberating truths I ever discovered, and I am forever grateful for it. It has dramatically changed my entire outlook on life ever since I first fully mastered this most magical and essential method of being able to retain precious vital sexual fluid even while sleeping with my girlfriend back in 1987.

I found new sexual wholeness and freedom leading to lifelong bliss in a way I could never have imagined. Once one learns how to fully retain sexual fluid even while experiencing intercourse, celibacy becomes vastly easier, simpler, and far more beneficial and enjoyable in every way.

The pleasures of being able to withhold sexual fluid during sex become excitingly endless and quite fantastic. It offers the brain precious time to consolidate memories and process information, ultimately enhancing cognitive function. Emotionally, sleep is vital for regulating our emotional state, as sleep deprivation can disrupt emotional regulation, leading to increased irritability, mood swings, and heightened emotional reactivity. Sufficient sleep fosters emotional stability and resilience, equipping individuals with better-coping mechanisms to manage stressors and regulate their emotions effectively.

The ravages of aging are profound and far-reaching, casting a shadow over every aspect of our existence. Physically, we witness the gradual deterioration of our bodies, as once-supple skin loses its elasticity, muscles weaken, and joints stiffen with each passing year. The onset of chronic illnesses and age-related conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular disease further compound the challenges of aging, robbing individuals of their independence and vitality.

We are now venturing where few may dare to tread, into the stark and dreary realm of our ultimate arch nemesis, death itself! The most terrifying and awesome aspect of the human condition ever is the fact we are all mortal and must someday return to our Maker. We must all inevitably be forced to directly face the Great Unknown!

Esteemed listeners, and fellow seekers of truth, today we will discuss all we know about the fear of dying and death and how society tries to manage it, cope with it, and even try to avoid discussing it. No one likes to face their mortality, and sadly, religion often fails miserably to fully address the problem, providing rather annoying platitudes based on silly ideas. Do we sit on clouds singing praises to God while strumming harps for the rest of eternity?

Today we confront one of the most profound and unsettling aspects of the human condition: our mortality. It is a truth as universal as it is terrifying, for every one of us, regardless of creed, culture, or status, is bound by the inexorable march of time and the inevitability of our mortality. We are born into this world, filled with the promise of life and possibility, yet ultimately destined to return to the embrace of our Maker.

The fear of dying and death is deeply ingrained in the human psyche, rooted in our instinctual drive for self-preservation, and fueled by the unknown mysteries that lie beyond the threshold of life. It is a fear that lurks in the shadows of our consciousness, haunting our thoughts and dreams, and often manifesting itself in anxiety, dread, and existential despair. Yet, despite its omnipresence, society often shies away from openly confronting the reality of death, preferring instead to avoid the topic altogether or cloak it in euphemisms and platitudes.

This avoidance of death is evident in the myriad ways that society seeks to manage, cope with, and even avoid discussing it. And so, we find ourselves caught in a perpetual struggle against the specter of death, grappling with the profound existential questions that lie at the heart of our existence. What awaits us beyond the veil of mortality? Is there meaning to be found in the inevitability of our demise? How can we reconcile the finite nature of our lives with the infinite expanse of the cosmos?

In our quest for answers, we must confront our mortality head-on, embracing the uncertainty and impermanence of life with courage and humility. We must acknowledge the fear of death that dwells within us, and in doing so, transcend it, for it is only by embracing our mortality that we can truly appreciate the preciousness of life itself. Let us not shy away from the unknown vistas that lie ahead, but instead, let us illuminate them with the light of our collective humanity, and in doing so, find peace in the knowledge that we are not alone on this journey, but bound together by the shared experience of our mortality.

However, do not despair fellow travelers on our journeys through the countless corridors of life, because in recent years, scientific research on dying, near-death experiences (NDEs), and out-of-body experiences (OBEs) has shed new light on the nature of consciousness and the possibility of life after death. While these phenomena have long been the subject of speculation and debate, advances in neuroscience and psychology have provided valuable insights into the mysterious realms beyond the threshold of death.

Welcome to the twelfth "Science of Wholeness" podcast, titled, "A GRAND TOUR OF THE AFTERLIFE" which aired Friday, March 1, 2024.

Close your eyes and let your imagination soar as we embark on a grand tour of the afterlife, guided by the whispers of spiritual truth and the boundless expanses of the soul. We shall journey through the ethereal landscapes of the astral realms, where beauty, harmony, and spiritual evolution abound.

As we first enter the afterlife, we may encounter a deep black and yet utterly soothing nothingness that feels astonishingly natural and loving. However we are soon drawn to a distant pure light that as it speeds closer and closer, it envelopes us in a sense of warmth and extremely bright, but soothing illumination that washes over us like a gentle wave, soothing our weary spirits and filling us with a profound sense of peace and serenity. Here, in the celestial realms, time and space are but illusions, and the boundaries between past, present, and future blur into a seamless tapestry of existence.

Our journey begins in the grand reception area, a place of dazzling beauty and divine splendor where souls gather to reunite with loved ones who have gone before them. Here, amidst shimmering light and celestial music, we are greeted by the smiling faces of family and friends, their arms outstretched in welcome as they embrace us with love and joy.

From the reception area, we venture forth into the wondrous landscapes of the afterlife, where the beauty of creation unfolds before our eyes in breathtaking splendor. We wander through lush gardens teeming with vibrant colors and fragrant blooms, the air is alive with the soft rustle of leaves and the sweet melody of songbirds.

After leaving the reception area, where do the newly arrived souls go to live, one may ask? They usually continue to enjoy surprisingly natural, earthlike lives with their relatives, parents, sisters, brothers, wives, husbands, lovers, and/or pets depending on whomever they feel mutually closest to already passed on before them. Homes in the lower to mid-astral realms appear similar to those on Earth, except without the flaws and marks of time often seen in aged buildings.

I must make it clear that the lower astral realms (or strata of consciousness) are not necessarily any less important than the higher realms just as lower notes are not any less important than higher notes as required to create a beautiful song. There is also a wonderful synchronicity with the Earth's rotation such as night and day along with the appearance of an, albeit more celestial version, of the sun and moon, clouds, fog, rain, sleet, and snow on the lower planes you don't normally experience on the higher planes. However, if we go too far down, there are indeed some places where individuals and even entire communities are not so friendly.

Buildings in the afterlife can consist of translucent materials similar to Mother of Pearl and possibly any number of other magical, even self-illuminated substances not found on Earth yet derived from the surrounding environment. Many duplicates of some of the greatest architecture ever built in the history of humanity often reside in these timeless realms among a setting of some of the most magnificent, expansive, and beautiful gardens ever.

On higher planes, people's dwellings start to appear unlike anything we know on Earth. They are manifestations of the soul's desires and aspirations, crafted from pure energy and light. These homes can take on a myriad of forms, from grand palaces and celestial mansions to humble cottages and tranquil retreats nestled amidst lush gardens and sparkling waters.

In these ethereal abodes, residents find solace and serenity, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the love of kindred spirits. Each home is a sanctuary of peace and tranquility, a reflection of the soul's deepest desires and aspirations.

The gardens of the astral realms are a sight to behold, teeming with vibrant colors, exotic flowers, and majestic trees. Here, souls gather to meditate, reflect, and commune with nature, their hearts uplifted by the beauty and harmony that surrounds them.

Residents of the astral realms engage in a myriad of activities that nourish the soul and uplift the spirit. They gather in temples and sacred spaces to worship and pray, explore the mysteries of the universe, and connect with the divine presence that permeates all of creation.

But it is not just spiritual pursuits that occupy the residents of the astral realms. They also engage in creative endeavors, artistic expression, and the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom. Music fills the air as souls come together to sing, dance, and create, their hearts overflowing with joy and inspiration.

Communities in the astral realms are built upon a foundation of love, compassion, and mutual respect. Souls come together in harmony and unity, bound by a shared vision of peace and cooperation. In these communities, there is no judgment or division, only acceptance and understanding.

As we explore further, we come upon majestic forests where ancient trees stretch their branches toward the heavens, their leaves shimmering in the golden light of eternity. We stroll along winding rivers and crystal-clear streams, their waters flowing with the rhythm of life itself, while mountains rise majestically in the distance, their peaks cloaked in mist and mystery.

Everywhere we turn, we encounter the wonders of nature in all its diversity and beauty. We marvel at the graceful flight of butterflies and the playful antics of woodland creatures, while exotic flowers bloom in a riot of colors that defy description. The air is filled with the heady scent of jasmine and roses, mingling with the earthy aroma of moss and pine.

But the wonders of the afterlife are not confined to the natural world alone. We also encounter magnificent works of art and architecture, from grand palaces and temples to intimate galleries and museums filled with treasures from across the ages. Here, we marvel at the skill and creativity of the souls who have come before us, their masterpieces a testament to the boundless potential of the human spirit.

As day turns to night, we gather under the starry skies for concerts and operas that rival the celestial symphonies of the heavens. The air is alive with anticipation as souls gather from far and wide, their hearts aflutter with excitement at the prospect of experiencing the celestial symphonies that await them.

As we take our seats amidst the throng of eager souls, we are greeted by the sight of a stage bathed in golden light, its vast expanse adorned with instruments of every kind imaginable - from harps and flutes to violins and trumpets. The orchestra, a dazzling array of souls from across the ages, takes their place, their instruments poised and ready to unleash the wondrous melodies that will transport us to realms beyond imagination.

And then, as if by magic, the music begins - a soft, haunting melody that seems to emanate from the very depths of the soul. The sound is unlike anything we have ever heard before, at once familiar and yet utterly transcendent, weaving its way through the air like a gentle breeze, touching our hearts and lifting our spirits to heights unknown.

From a spiritualist perspective and as reported by many near-death experiencers, the fate of an individual who lived a life characterized by evil, selfishness, and materialism may vary depending on their soul's journey and level of spiritual evolution. Everyone at some point after they die, must encounter a life review which appears to be a super-conscious memory of one's entire journey through life, including all the emotional consequences of their actions on other people.

This is one of the many reasons why capital punishment is rarely a good idea. Human justice systems are prone to errors, biases, and injustices. The irreversible nature of capital punishment means that innocent individuals may be wrongfully convicted and executed, leading to the tragic loss of innocent lives.

Furthermore, the state and state-sanctioned executioners must not only bear the consequences of the very same action the executed individual had committed in the first place, but they also thrust incomplete souls into the afterlife full of resentment, hatred, and fear, totally unprepared, and inevitably earth-bound.

Earth-bound psychopaths can influence similarly-minded individuals to commit more of the same heinous crimes they committed while adding an even greater burden of despair and darkness on the lower astral realms.

From a spiritualist perspective, the lowest astral realms are often viewed as planes of existence where the energies are denser and where souls may find themselves stuck due to various reasons such as unresolved issues, attachments, or negative emotions. These realms are sometimes described as the "lower astral" or "shadow realms."

The purpose of these realms can be seen as a transitional space where souls undergo a process of spiritual purification and growth. It's believed that souls may linger in these realms due to unresolved karma, negative attachments, or intense desires that bind them to lower vibrational frequencies.

Today, esteemed listeners, we shall delve into the miraculous phenomenon associated with the late great British independent direct voice medium, Leslie Flint who entered our world on January 25, 1911 and passed back into Spirit on April 16, 1994 at the ripe old age of 83.

Leslie Flint was a renowned British medium known for his purported ability to produce direct voice phenomena, a form of mediumship where spirit voices are heard independently of the medium's vocal cords using an extremely light-sensitive substance known as ectoplasm. Living voices could be heard coming from various mid-air locations around a darkened room as he sat with various attendies. They are given the idea that they are always right, but ofttimes they are often wrong. This terrible fear, this realisation that must eventually come to man, that he cannot live by fear, but only by love - this is our task, this is our responsibility that we have to give to the world.

The realisation that love conquers all, it is the oldest creed, it is the oldest truth in the world; that it is by love that we conquer, not by hate. The power of love is tremendous and this power of love makes possible our coming down to you, to converse with you.

This power of love gives us the strength to combat the evils of your world. This power of love makes possible for you a new life. For when you depart from yours, you enter into the kingdom of love, and then, if you are not ready because there is not enough love in your heart, then you have to learn to adjust yourself and you have to work very hard.

Welcome to the 18th "Science of Wholeness" podcast, titled, "Communications Beyond the Veil : Bridging the Gap" which aired Friday, August 16, 2024.

Dear skeptics and believers alike, welcome to an exploration of the extraordinary. Today, we delve into the realm where the physical and spiritual intersect, where the boundaries of our understanding blur, and where evidence suggests that communication with those on the other side may be closer than we think.

The Veil is A Thin Partition between two different realities.

For centuries, humanity has pondered the nature of consciousness, the afterlife, and the possibility of communication with those who have transitioned. Spiritualists and mystics have long claimed a connection to the other side. Yet, it is only in recent times that technology has offered us a potential bridge.

Let us now discuss The Dawn of EVP.

In the mid-20th century, a new frontier opened with the advent of electronic voice phenomenon, or EVP. Pioneering researchers began capturing inexplicable voices on audio recordings, often during sŽances or spirit communication sessions. These voices, ethereal and often fragmented, hinted at a world beyond our perception.

There needs to be a Science Behind the Spirit.

Now, I know what you're thinking: "This is all very well, but where's the science?" And you're absolutely right. While the spiritual realm is often dismissed as subjective, there are scientific methodologies being applied to this field. These are not mere sounds, but potential whispers from the other side, captured in the ethereal expanse of audio recordings.

Imagine this: hours of seemingly mundane recordings, transformed into a treasure trove of hidden messages. Like archeologists unearthing artifacts, we delve into these sonic landscapes, seeking the faintest echoes of otherworldly voices. These EVPs are not always clear, not always expected. They are fragments, whispers caught in the wind of technology.

To fully appreciate the subtlety of these recordings, we invite you to equip yourself with high-quality headphones. Let the sounds wash over you, allowing your mind to open to possibilities. Remember, the human ear is a remarkable instrument, capable of discerning nuances beyond the ordinary.

We must approach these recordings with a blend of curiosity and critical thinking. While some voices may evoke a profound sense of connection, others might challenge our preconceptions. The journey into EVPs is not without its challenges. The "pareidolia effect," our brain's tendency to find patterns in random stimuli, can be a double-edged sword. What seems like a clear message might be a trick of the mind. This is why we present these recordings unfiltered, allowing you to be the judge.

Whether these voices are echoes from beyond the veil or intricate manifestations of our own subconscious, one thing is certain: they invite us to question our understanding of reality and the nature of existence.

How do I manifest these so-called "voices"?

I record these EVPs mainly by utilizing white noise, which can be found on any amplifier or radio tuned between stations on frequencies like short-wave, FM, or AM. I have also experimented with using tools such as sensitive microphones, foggers, plasma lamps, crystal radios, electrolyte batteries, beam splitters, homemade interferometers, and red, green, and UV laser beams on solar panels.

I direct these sources into one of my iMac computers while running Audio Hijack, a sound-processing program that filters, distills, and amplifies white noise or radio static into distinct, separate sounds. It seemed that the source of the white noise didn't make a significant difference as long as it was carefully amplified, processed, channeled, and filtered through a 2019 or earlier version of Audio Hijack 3.5.7. Anything to do with a radio usually provided the most interesting results.

What I find intriguing is that some of these sounds resemble actual words, but it takes hours of sorting through raw recordings to find a few that form words or short sentences. As mentioned previously, most of these could easily be pareidolia - the tendency for the mind to perceive a word or human voice in a random sound coincidentally resembling actual words or a human voice. Even if this is the case throughout all of my experiments, I still find this phenomenon utterly fascinating.

It's quite time-consuming to listen to and then sort through and edit out hours of mostly random noises until I find something interesting. After selecting the best recordings, I compile them into shorter recordings and upload them to the EVP section of my website on WholeJoy.com.

Unfortunately, to my great disappointment, I've found that while some voices are clear to me, other people interpret them differently and hear different words or nothing at all except static. It's possible maybe I have an unusual hearing ability. I can only assume that everyone's listening and interpretation centers of their brains are wired differently.

Nonetheless, are you still interested in listening to a careful selection of some of the most clear and intriguing messages I've heard so far? Here is a short compilation of some of the most interesting "spirit messages" I've yet discovered throughout all the years of experimentation. In light of the fact that so many of you listeners seem to have trouble picking up the same words that I can hear so clearly, I reapeted every single one of the following sound clips three times.

I find some of these recordings hauntingly beautiful. The following is a short song meant for me by what sounds like a lovely young lady named Christine singing to me, "How are you, Russell? Christine here." Naturally, I was astonished by this!

The next audio clip gave me chills. At first, a female voice says, "Talk to Russell," followed by a weirdly familiar male voice shouting, "Mr. Russell . . . Russell!" in a European accent. It's so strange! I often hear my name in these EVPs, but this time it was so clear and personal that it really stood out to me. It sounded like someone shouting my name from a distance!

I frequently received the same message for years before it gradually faded away. It sounded oddly familiar, like a nickname from an old acquaintance: "Hey, Russell man!"

I found that I got the best results when using an amplified crystal radio tuned between stations carefully balanced with a good source of white noise to capture the vivid voices you'll hear in the upcoming sound clips. In the next sound clip I seem to here, "Don't be stupid, we need Russell." Being relevant messages addressed to me personally, they can't simply be stray radio signals.

The following sound clip again addressed to me personally, seems to feature at least two people speaking with me in a conversation. "I've been here for years. I was the messenger. Yes, he's the man. We are beautiful, Russell."

At least two voices often come up in my recordings, identifying themselves as Ossoff and Joseph. Are they my spirit guides? It starts by saying, "I love you," and then "I'm Ossoff." Another voice comes in with, "Hear me, Russell, hear me Russell. I am Joseph here. I salute you. I wish you well."

In the following sound clip, at least two voices could be heard saying, "Ossoff, Russell, I'm here. He's so funny . . . so funny. He loves to be miserable . . . miserable! You get miserable. Ossoff here!"

Unfortunately, I have suffered from depression and moodiness for most of my adult life. On the day I was trying to capture these EVP recordings, I was feeling particularly angry and depressed. Capturing good EVPs requires extraordinary time, skill, effort, and patience! It was evident that these souls were commenting on it.

In this recording I hear, "Ossoff here. He's very touchy now. Hey Russell. They love you people. Bless you man! I keep you in my thoughts. It's settled man."

The souls often try to console me in my endeavors! You would be amazed by how loving, wise, affectionate, and understanding they can be! The next recording shows one of their countless attempts to help me feel better by saying the following, "Don't worry! . . . Russell, you're not stupid!"

The following favorite series of captured EVPs sounds to me like a major musical production, almost like a variety show where women sing and dance. Most of it is unmistakably addressed to me personally, and I can never get over how profoundly romantic it sounds.

Strangely enough, the next-to-last voice that says, "He's one of your family" is exactly what my dad's new wife after my mother passed over used to sound like and say while still alive. Since this series of EVPs is too long to repeat three times and needs to be listened to as a whole, I'll repeat it only twice.

The lyrics and other voices I heard go like this, "I really love you . . . lovely end! Let's spook him! Russell! Russell! Oh Russell! I'm his! Come back my love, my love, I love you Russell! Hi Russell! It's a ghost Russell! I miss you Russell. I miss you honey! Let's fall in love! He's one of your family. I love you.

You can find the rest of these voices at the provided link under "My EVP Experiments" located in the afterlife section found at the top menu of WholeJoy.com. I noticed many times how the voices responded to my moods and even requests, such as repeating a word or phrase that I would say, such as "water distiller," "crystal," and "pyramid." In recording #17, this experiment was conducted with great success. Although probably not very clear for most people, I certainly hear their correct responses quite vividly whenever I play them back!

Another amazing thing happened on my birthday in July 2018 in recording #18 when I distinctly and unmistakably heard "Happy Birthday (to Russ)" in my dad's voice!

Naturally, I was stunned! But, as I mentioned earlier, what I found equally stunning and disappointing was how few people could hear what I was hearing so crystal clear and distinctly. It might have something to do with how everyone is differently wired in how they interpret frequency, pitch, and speech. The rest of the highlights of this ethereal party continue here starting with my dad saying, "Where's Russell?" in the very same way he used to say it.

Then I hear my dad's announcement, "Your daddy here!" followed by a male and a female voice or possibly my mom and my dad's voice saying, "It's a ghost Russell!" followed by "Kind of stupid" in a female voice, and my dad's voice saying, "I love joking."

Then my dad says, "I love your crystals. They are so varied, how much?" At the time of this recording, I had a crystal rock collection on display around my equipment allegedly used to heighten the vibration around my sensitive equipment.

In the final highlight of this amazing recording, my dad again says, "Happy Birthday!" and "Where's Russell?" [AUDIO RECORDING SESSION HERE]

While we're on the subject, on some other ocasion I did recieve another remarkable message from my parents, in fact one of many. This one says, "Russell we love you!" in both their voices together, followed by, "Daddy here!"

You might have noticed that most of these messages are short and quirky. I still have a lot of work to do and need to tinker with my devices before I hear longer sentences. Here's another message that I heard, perhaps referring to all the emails I have to sort through every day.

It says, "Read all those messages, oh well!"

Now get ready for a really strange sound clip. It sounded like someone saying, "Karl Marx here, hi Russell, hi Russell, Karl Marx here." This went on for over a week at the end of March 2018 and then gradually faded out. It didn't seem to matter whether the white noise I was using came from one of my SW radios or downloaded from the internet Ð the strange voice seemed to be everywhere. I started to realize it must be originating from within the computer itself, even though the white noise still had to exist as a carrier.

And here is another example where Karl Marx shows up, but this time along with some of my other messages. It seems to say, "Oh, ask some questions! Action! Karl Marx here, Karl Marx here!"

No research into Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) can be considered complete without at least some mention of Jesus. Depending on one's belief system, Jesus is often perceived as a major component of the afterlife. In many near-death experiences, people report encounters with Jesus or being saved by him from challenging or even dangerous situations. As their oversoul or higher self, the figure of Christ frequently appears. Remarkably, a voice identifying itself as Jesus came through on one of my recordings. The conversation is as follows: "Father!" in a gruff, strong voice, followed by "Jesus, I love you dearly" in a female voice, and then "I'm Jesus" in that same strong voice. Then an astonished man says, "Oh, wow! Jesus!"

Whether you believe or are skeptical, the evidence surrounding EVPs and related phenomena is undeniable. It challenges our preconceived notions and invites us to expand our understanding of reality.
