"It is too good to be true!" so how can anyone believe it? One needs to fully study and understand the events leading up to the development of the direct voice mediumship of Leslie Flint (1911-1994). One can start to fully understand Leslie Flint and how he developed such extraordinary mediumship powers by reading his book, Voices in the Dark, also available at the Leslie Flint Educational Trust website.

One needs to listen carefully to all the conversations and there are hundreds of them. One will notice that all the conversations are quite candid, intelligent, and genuine while expressing a most otherworldly happiness, free of all the extremely annoying miseries commonly associated with Earth life.

There is indeed a strange quality to these voices, as sometimes the pitch would change from high to low, they would sometimes come through only as a whisper; sometimes there would be heavy breathing; and oftentimes, the spirit(s) would "lecture" on and on about their remarkable experiences in the afterlife for very long periods of time without stopping for any breath; they would never cough or clear their throat (yet Leslie and the sitters often had coughs and colds); and one time, the accent changed from American to Scottish in one sentence!

As incredible as it may seem, these voices were in a paranormal sense, "manufactured" or "artificial" and adjusted by teams of scientists and specialists on the other side using Leslie Flint's ectoplasm to create an artificial larynx. This larynx can convert a spirit's thoughts into sound while sounding as similar (as possible) to how the spirit actually sounded while still encased in a physical body which is obviously not easy! Yet this subtle voice box was used by the spirit(s) as their only medium of expression of badly needed love and assurance of a much more beautiful life to come into our most limiting, needy and distressing physical world.

These voices manifested in a room of total darkness where Leslie Flint sat along with various other sitters whose energy blended well together, who got along together in love and in harmony and sat with each other in a darkened, quiet, safe and secure room at least once a week as is required in the traditional home circles of so many other manifestation mediums. The energy used to convey the voices requires total darkness because of its extreme sensitivity to light, although sometimes he could sit in partial light and the voices would still come through although not as loud and clear.

Countless witnesses, skeptics and scientists reluctantly confirmed there was no trickery whatsoever and that the voices did indeed come from the air around Leslie Flint's presence and not at all from more conventional sources such as speakers, wireless equipment etc. No conventional explanation could ever be found for those voices, except as what they were: an artificial ectoplasmic voice box used by spirits to communicate to us their life eternal.

Photos have been taken in infra-red showing some remarkable constructions of a weightless, transparent substance around the medium's neck known as ectoplasm. Leslie Flint had an exceptional power to create this energy, which is extremely rare, even among the most successful mediums.

Leslie Flint may have been the most tried and tested medium of the 20th century, and also one of the greatest and prolific who ever lived, leaving thousands of recordings behind, of which over three hundred can be listened to for free over the internet.

I believe that the paranormal voices of Leslie Flint are the most spectacular evidence ever of the afterlife you can find in the world. The proof is in the voices: what they said, how they sounded, the dynamics of the conversations with all manner of sitters, the huge number of witnesses, and the rather unique conditions and limitations under which they had to speak. To me, this is undeniable proof for the existence of the afterlife.

Of course there are many other areas of human experience pointing to the existence of an afterlife too, such as the countless documented cases of those having gone through near-death experiences, astral projection experiences, and the countless after-death communications witnessed by thousands of loved ones recorded throughout history. However, the usual skeptic's answer would be that all these examples of "proof" are simply hallucinations or tricks of the mind.

Yet, in many near-death experiences where the brain was completely shut down, one would still be able see and hear things in the operation room (including being outside one's own body from a completely different perspective) confirmed later by physicians to be absolutely true and even find things on the roof of the hospital that no one else would have no way of knowing, such as in one case a tennis shoe!

While the evidence of an afterlife is overwhelming, existing in every country and culture throughout the world, actual scientific proof may be harder to find. Nevertheless many scientific studies have successfully confirmed the existence of consciousness outside or independent of the physical body.
